Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA)

A CLIA certification is a federal credential overseen by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), in collaboration with the FDA and CDC, that ensures laboratories performing human diagnostic tests meet rigorous standards for accuracy, reliability, and timely reporting.

Admera Health consistently upholds CLIA validation credentials each year, ensuring we deliver stringent quality control measures for every project.

The College of American Pathologists (CAP)

The College of American Pathologists (CAP) offers a voluntary, peer-reviewed accreditation widely recognized as the gold standard in lab quality and safety. CAP accreditation goes beyond CLIA compliance, using detailed, discipline-specific checklists—informed by over 500 practicing pathologists—to evaluate every facet of laboratory operations. Labs undergo on-site peer inspections every two years, alternating with self-inspections, and participate in proficiency testing for ongoing oversight.
